How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe’s secure checkout. All amounts are processed in cents of the applicable currency.
Do the prices include VAT?
No — plan prices are shown excluding indirect taxes. VAT (or the tax that applies in your jurisdiction) is calculated and itemized automatically at checkout.
Is creating an account free?
Yes. Registering and exploring the platform costs nothing — you only pay when you launch a store on a plan.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the charge automatically. After the retries there is a 14-day grace period; only then is the account suspended for changes — your public store stays online, and paying reactivates everything immediately.
